These Terms of Service govern your use of NeuAIs cloud infrastructure services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
NeuAIs provides the following service level guarantees:

You retain all rights to your Customer Content. NeuAIs will not access, use, or disclose Customer Content except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.
Fees are billed monthly based on actual usage. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in our SLA.
NeuAIs retains all rights to the Services, including software, APIs, documentation, and trademarks. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services during your subscription term.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. CLOUDNIX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
CLOUDNIX'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FEES PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for breach of Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Services and may retrieve your Customer Content within 30 days.
